Your H&R Block Emerald Prepaid MasterCard^® can be used at any MasterCard^®, Cirrus™ or Maestro™ ATM. Please note that some ATM owners charge a fee for use of their ATMs. H&R Block Bank does charge an additional fee of $2.50 per domestic and international transaction when using your Emerald Card^®. Avoid ATM owner surcharge fees* by using your Emerald Card at any ATM with the Allpoint logo in the U.S and Puerto Rico. You now have access to over 35,000 ATMs nationwide which are conveniently located in National and Regional Retailers such as 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Target, CVS/Pharmacy and Costco. The $2.50 ATM withdrawal fee noted in your Cardholder Agreement still applies. Accessing cash through Allpoint ATMs: Locate an Allpoint ATM network with logo Insert your card and enter your PIN when prompted Follow steps on screen. Select "checking" and the amount of cash you want to withdraw. Be sure to take your card and receipt. Note: Some Allpoint ATMs may show a surcharge screen during your Allpoint ATM transaction. If that happens, simply enter "YES" to accept the surcharge fee and proceed with your withdrawal. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE SURCHARGE FEE. Please be aware that some ATM owners charge a fee for use of their ATMs. H&R Block Bank does not charge additional fees for using your H&R Block Bank Debit card or H&R Block Bank ATM card at an ATM displaying the NYCE™ or PLUS™ logos.
