If you'd like to update your mobile phone number, change your communication preferences, or make other changes to your account, log into Emerald Online Access3 or call Customer Service at 866-353-1266.
How long will it take to get my cash rewards?
After making a qualified purchase, your cash rewards will be posted to your Emerald Card instantly. However, some offers may take up to 48 hours.
How do I know when I've received my cash rewards?
You can view all of your redeemed cash rewards offers on your "Account History" page after you log into Emerald Online Access4. Plus, if you've signed up for rewards text updates1, you'll receive a text message confirming your cash reward. For example: You've saved $1 with H&R Block Emerald Cash Rewards at Subway.
Why don't I see cash rewards information on my store receipt?
The cash rewards program is not tied directly to the merchant's point-of-sale system. There won't be any redemption information on your store receipt or invoice.
