Your H&R Block Emerald Prepaid MasterCard® can be used at any MasterCard®, Cirrus™ or Maestro™ ATM. Please note that some ATM owners charge a fee for use of their ATMs. H&R Block Bank does charge an additional fee of $2.50 per domestic and international transaction when using your Emerald Card®.
