Sometimes one size just doesn't fit all. H&R Block understands and respects the unique interests and lifestyles of our associates. PERKS plus is a new amenities plan that allows you to personalize your perks to meet your individual needs and preferences. Associates can receive reimbursements for making healthy choices by purchasing a health club membership, playing in a league, or even getting a massage. In addition, associates can elect to receive reimbursement for fun local events, including tickets to a variety of entertainment venues, sporting events or arts & cultural performances.

H&R Block has established an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide professional, confidential assistance for any type of personal problem. The decision to seek assistance through the EAP will not adversely affect an associate's job security or advancement opportunities.

Full and part-time regular associates are eligible for reimbursement for health- and fitness-related courses. This includes smoking cessation programs and health club memberships.

H&R Block offers a personal and casualty insurance program on a voluntary basis. Through this program, you have the opportunity to obtain quality insurance for your car, home and other personal property. This program also offers you the option of paying premiums through payroll deduction.
