Printing Prior Year Federal Return
To print a previous year return, please follow the directions below:
- Log in to H&R Block At Home Online.
- On the Main Menu under My Account, locate the Download/Print Previous Returns section.

Click the link for the return you need. For example, to print your 2008 return, click Filing Year 2008.
- The View Tax Return pop up will appear warning you about the security issues with saving your return to a shared folder on your computer. Click the Continue button.
- A new window will appear asking if you want to save or open the return. Click the Open button to open your return for printing or Save to save a copy of the return to your computer.
- Your return will open in Adobe Reader. Click the printer icon to print a copy of your return.
Note: If you filed a state return with TaxCut online that year, your state return will also appear in the PDF in the pages immediately following your federal return.
