Commissions Payout Grid
The Commissions Payout Grid shows you the Commission percentage payable at different production and experience levels. Your years of experience are calculated from the date you received your Series 7 license.

Production Bonus
The Production Bonus is based on your fiscal year-end production level and rewards you for achieving production of $300,000 and above, as shown below:

Growth Bonus
The Growth Bonus is based on your production growth compared to the prior year. To be eligible, you must have a production level of at least $300,000, ($240,000 for those with less than 5 years experience). The more you grow your business, the bigger your rewards. Here’s how it works:

Business Development Reimbursement
Business development reimbursements are available to financial advisors based on production levels of the previous fiscal year and years of experience. These reimbursements are designed to increase (with a maximum of $6,000) as your production increases. See below for more detail:
