1996 Federal Macintosh Edition Updates Download Macintosh Federal Update Now! Close TaxCut if it is open. Do one of the following: If you are installing the update from a diskette, insert the Update Program 1.2 diskette in your Macintosh's disk drive. If you downloaded the update, double-click on UPDAT961.SEA icon and then select a folder where you want the Update Program files copied. After the files have been extracted, navigate to the folder you specified and open the TaxCut '96 Update 1.2 folder.   Double-click the TaxCut '96 Update 1.2 icon. A selection dialog appears and automatically selects the Kiplinger TaxCut '96 program. Click the Update button. The Update Program installs a new version of Kiplinger TaxCut `96 and renames the previous version Old Kiplinger TaxCut `96. Run the new version of Kiplinger TaxCut to ensure that it works properly. Once you have verified this, you can delete Old Kiplinger TaxCut `96 by dragging its icon to the Trash.
