1998 State Windows Edition Updates Follow the instructions below to download and install the latest state program update.   Click one of the following links to download your state update: Arkansas California Colorado Connecticut Delaware District of Columbia Florida Hawaii Illinois Indiana Iowa Kentucky Louisiana Maine Michigan Mississippi Missouri Montana Nebraska New York North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma Pennsylvania Vermont West Virginia Most browsers will prompt you to save the file to disk. Write down the name of the file so you can find it in Step 4. Choose a place to save the file and remember its location. We recommend that you do not save it in the TaxCut98 folder. Close TaxCut if it's open. Open Windows File Manager or Explorer, locate the file that you saved in Step 2 and double-click it. To complete the installation, follow the instructions displayed by the update program.
