If your AGI was $66,000 or less and can answer YES to one of these questions, then you can start your free file return.
- Are you between the ages of 17-50 (as of 12/31/2017)? Or,
- Were you active duty military? Or,
- Do you qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)?
If you do not qualify for H&R Block's Free File program, it's only to file a federal return and for each state return filed.
