H&R Block Inc. (NYSE : HRB) will report fiscal 2013 second quarter results at 7 a.m. EST on Thursday, Dec. 6. At that time, a copy of the earnings press release will be available on the company\u2019s investor relations web site at http:\/\/investors.hrblock.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At 8:15 a.m. EST on Dec. 6, the company will hold its investor conference in New York City. H&R Block\u2019s senior leaders will outline the company\u2019s growth strategies and outlook.<\/p>\n

Analysts and institutional investors interested in attending the conference are required to register before Friday, Nov. 30, by contacting Andrea Cook at acook@hrblock.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The event will be broadcast live in a listen-only format for the media and public on H&R Block\u2019s investor relations website at http:\/\/investors.hrblock.com<\/a>. A replay will be available on the company\u2019s website two hours after the conference ends.<\/p>\n
