Henry Bloch and Jeff Jones<\/p><\/div>\n

With a new job in a new town, incoming president and CEO Jeff Jones\u2019 to-do list is pretty long these days. But coming to Kansas City to meet with H&R Block co-founder Henry Bloch was a top priority.<\/p>\n

\u201cMeeting Henry Bloch was very high on my list of initial things to do,\u201d Jones said. \u201cTo be able to meet and talk with the man who founded this great brand is just such an honor, and quite frankly, a humbling experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Henry Bloch sat down to talk with Jones at the company\u2019s world headquarters building in Kansas City. They discussed the history and the future of H&R Block and ate lunch in the company cafeteria.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was impressed,\u201d Bloch said. \u201cJeff was extremely interested in learning about everything. I wish him the best of luck, and I hope he does a great job.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHenry has great insights into client service and the power of this brand,\u201d Jones said. “I love the fact that with all of Henry’s experience and expertise, his single most important message to me was to never forget about serving our clients.”<\/p>\n
