Simply send the information to the address on the notice or call the number on the notice if you have questions.<\/p>\n<h2>More from H&amp;R Block<\/h2>\n<p>If your tax return is missing a signature, a schedule, or other required information, the IRS will send you a notice (often Letter 12C) to let you know additional information is needed to process your return. Respond to the notice by the deadline or the IRS may not allow the item in question.
