This same information is required by the automated phone system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(This information is updated once per day.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Oregon Department of Revenue will start issuing refunds on February 16, 2026 (this is for individual income tax forms only). Return processing times vary depending on many factors, including the complexity of the return and the verification processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How the state tax return was filed also impacts the timing of obtaining your Oregon refund. E-filed returns process faster.
