If you\u2019re getting an error 1152 for your H&R Block Software<\/a>, you might have some temporary files that are faulty. Here’s how to delete them:<\/p>\n

If you’re running Windows 8, 8.1, or 10:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Press and hold down the Windows\u00a0<\/strong>key + E\u00a0<\/strong>to open Computer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Double-click the C:\\<\/strong> drive.<\/li>\n
  3. Double-click Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Double-click on the username the client is using.<\/li>\n
  5. Double-click the AppData<\/strong>\u00a0folder. This folder might be hidden. If you can’t see it:\n

    1. Click the View\u00a0<\/strong>tab at the top of the window.<\/li>\n
    2. Check the box for\u00a0Hidden Items<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. In the Local\u00a0<\/strong>folder, double-click the Temp<\/strong> folder.<\/li>\n
    4. Highlight files found in the Temp\u00a0<\/strong>folder, then press Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
