If you start off in a tax program and then decide that you need to change to a different online tax program, we can help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">We&#8217;re happy to help you change your H&amp;R Block account or downgrade to a different H&amp;R Block tax program to get a better fit. To downgrade or remove a program that\u2019s in your shopping cart, you have a few options in our DIY product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask AI and choose Downgrade to be taken through an automated process to downgrade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call 1-855-897-8639 and say \u201cdowngrade.\u201d Make sure to have your account info ready, such as your phone number or email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chat with an agent by choosing Agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">When prompted, you can say any of these:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Downgrade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrong product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accidentally upgraded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downgrade my account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Have your account info ready &#8212; this will be your Blockcare ID, phone number, or email address. We&#8217;ll then ask you questions to get you to the right product, whether you need to change your product or switch to H&amp;R Block Free Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind, we can&#8217;t transfer your personal info to a downgraded product.
