H&R Block's employees were excellent to work with and very helpful. The preparer was very knowledgeable, quick and helpful. She was able to explain my withholdings and how I can figure them for myself for this year. She also gave me helpful tips on saving for retirement and a credit I can get. The pricing was reasonable for the services I received. The receptionist was very nice when I arrived and said she would let me tax professional know I was there. Overall my experience was phenomenal.
