When you age…. Don’t put off your taxes

After a health crisis I did not complete my taxes and thought I did. Two years later I had moved to a retirement home in a new town. My Brain decided I didn’t need to do taxes….. oops!! Don’t do that again.

Personable and value in details

We had a major loss of a rental house that had to be rebuilt. This created a huge capital gain as we also made some upgrades to the house (out of pocket) when it was rebuilt. Coco was able to find out how to guide us through the process and literally saved us 10s of thousands of dollars.
