H&R Block Online Key Code Not Working?
Having an H&R Block Online Key Code means you receive additional value on our easy-to-use online tax prep. When you get to the end of your return, you can enter that code to receive a discount on our online product.
If your H&R Block Online Key Code isn’t working, it could be for one of these reasons:
- Maybe you didn’t enter your code in the right format. The online Key Codes are 10-digit alphanumeric codes (Ex: E4E559G266). Make sure your code is in the correct format. If it’s not, the discount won’t be processed.
- Your Key Code might already have been used. Please note that your discount Key Code can only be used one time. Once your Key Code has been processed, it can’t be reused.
- You might be using a discount code for our retail office. Retail office coupons (which contain a three-digit code) won’t work with our online products.
