If you’ve forgotten your username or password, or have been blocked from logging into your account, choose the Forgot My Username link next to the username box on the login screen.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- The email address you used for the program
- The last five digits of your Social Security number (SSN)
- The answers to your security questions
