If you’re wondering about the status of IRS forms you need to complete and file your return, follow these simple steps to view your available tax forms:

To view IRS form availability, choose Overview. Then, under Form Availability, choose View Federal Forms. If you find that your tax forms are not available, we’ll email you when your IRS forms are available.

For clarification, IRS tax form availability varies due to certification requirements and tax law changes. When you complete your federal return, we’ll let you know if a particular form you need isn’t available.

If you’re concerned that you’ll lose the work that you’ve already entered while you wait for your federal tax forms to become available, you can always choose Save and Quit to capture everything you’ve entered so far.
