Different types of 1099 forms

There are several types of 1099 forms that you could receive. You could even receive multiple 1099s in one tax year! Each form is related to a different type of income, so your unique taxable income situation will determine which forms you’ll receive. 1099s cover types of investment income, income from side-hustles or other sources, and unemployment income which must be reported to the IRS.
