After filing your taxes, the last thing you want is to find out you’re being audited by the IRS. That’s the last thing we want too, which is why we offer Peace of Mind®.

Get Peace of Mind® and you’ll receive three years of:

Tax Notice Services – for any IRS letter or tax notice you receive, just bring it to us - we will review, research and respond to the tax authority.

Audit Representation95 – an H&R Block Enrolled Agent will be available to represent you in the event of an audit. This can cost up to $1,000 without Peace of Mind®.

Additional tax reimbursement - if we make a mistake, we’ll reimburse you for up to $6,000 in additional taxes owed.

How Does it Work?

Just let your Tax Pro know that you want Peace of Mind® and pay the additional charge when you pay for your tax preparation. It’s that simple. You receive free tax notice services – just bring the tax authority letter to us. If you are audited, a qualified H&R Block Enrolled Agent (a federally-authorized tax practitioner) will be available to accompany or represent you (with Power of Attorney). We'll reimburse you for up to $6,000 toward any additional taxes you owe due to our error in the preparation of your return. See Peace of Mind® Claims for more details.
