Great experience

I met with Janice Morgan. She had my tax return on the screen and ready for my review shortly after I sat down. She was quick and efficient and she answered all of my questions. I was in and out of the office in about 15 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends.

This was my 4th year doing my taxes at the Federal Way office and using Charles Woo as my tax preparer. He is very friendly and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend his service and H & R Block

Quick, and Professional…

My experience was the best ever, from the time I entered the door and checked in the host, checked me in, and then went and found my tax professional. my tax professional was Sherry Grant, as soon as she shook my hand and said hello she offered me a cup of coffee a cup of water, she made me feel at home. I could tell from the moment I met her I was in great hands. Her concern for me was outstanding. She really cared for who I was. Everyone out there make sure you see Sherry Grant, she is the best thank you Sherry. I will repeat this again everyone out there, Make sure you see Sherry Grant. Sherry Grant you are the best thank you so much. I will never see anyone else but you.
