VIDEO: New H&R Block CEO greets associates on his first day

Jeff Jones started his first official day as president and chief executive officer at H&R Block greeting associates as they entered the world headquarters in downtown Kansas City.

Jones, who spent the last six weeks getting steeped in the business, said he is eager to be with the team on a daily basis to deliver the upcoming season and begin to shape the future.  The next several weeks will include significant time with clients, franchisees and tax professionals across the US.

“I’m looking forward to spending time with those who serve our clients every day and hearing what’s on their mind.  This is an opportunity for members of the team to share what’s working, and not, and what I should pay attention to going forward,” said Jones. “No doubt these insights will help inform the work ahead.”
