Must complete a Second Look review with H&R Block Online while residing in an eligible ZIP code or at an H&R Block office located in an eligible zip code. If a qualifying error is found on a prior-year return, you’ll receive one free amendment. A ‘qualifying error’ includes miscalculations of tax credits, deductions, filing status, or other omissions that result in a revised tax liability.
