Very good application, just a few comments

Good application. Needs a way to navigate to each form a little easier. It’s hard to find a specific form. Also, it’s a little expensive compared to your competitors.
ProsEasy to prepare, Fast

I have been using HR Block for years. I am a sole proprietor and the Schedule C form handles things pretty well.

Thorough & detailed.

This program is so thorough that I'm confident nothing was missed. I love how the forms show up if you want to see what they would look like. Of course if you get stuck on some complicated tax term, there's always AI to help you along. So this program in AI are an excellent team to get your complicated tax filings done. I am looking forward to buying the 2026 version.
ProsEasy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Yes, I recommend this product.

Transferred from Retail to Software assistance. Transfer was quick and easy with my concerns already added to the case. Provided an additional download option for 2025 since the original link was no longer available. Arrived immediately and work!

I think your software is very user friendly.. It’s early in the game but I don’t see the need for the AI option. Seems redundant. and distracting from the task at hand (completing your taxes).
