Curtis Campbell

Curtis Campbell is President and CEO of H&R Block, where he enables the company’s purpose: to provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. Under his leadership, H&R Block serves more than 20 million clients globally, combining digital innovation with human expertise and care through more than 70,000 tax professionals, blending technology and personalized service across tax preparation, financial products, and small business solutions.

A transformation-focused executive with a proven track record across tax, fintech, software, and cloud industries, Curtis brings deep experience driving innovation and revenue growth at scale. His career includes executive roles as President and CEO of TaxAct; multiple executive roles in strategy, product management, and innovation at Intuit; Head of Product Management for Amazon Web Services at Amazon; and a decade at Dell in engineering and product leadership roles.

Curtis serves on the board of directors of Jack Henry & Associates, a publicly traded fintech company with $2B+ in revenue serving nearly 12,000 financial institutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel and a Master of International Business from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Curtis enjoys exercise, working on old cars, gardening, and traveling with his family.
