What Should I Do If An E-file Issue Is Not Really an Issue?
When you e-file your taxes with an H&R Block Online product, we might notify you that there are issues with your return. Because the IRS has strict rules for e-filing, you’ll need to identify and fix any issues before you try to e-file your return again.
To find and correct the errors in your return, follow these steps from the Accuracy Review Results page:
- Choose Fix Issues in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
- Correct any errors and choose Next.
- Choose the Federal tab and choose Check for errors and missing information.
- Choose Next.
If you know that the information you entered is correct, you can ignore the issues. You might not be able to e-file the return, however, if the issues aren’t cleared. In that case, you should print and mail your return.
